Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Any cancellation or refund requests should be received in writing and are subjected to following terms and conditions. Delegate substitutions are allowed at any time.

Requests received before 2 weeks of course start date:  The delegate will be given full refund but charged with our administration fee of £200. This administration fee is charged for each course you want to cancel.

Requests received with in 2 weeks of course start date: The delegate will NOT be given any refund but allowed to attend any future training batch.

Early Booking Offer does NOT apply for any special booking offers. It only applies to normal bookings.

Early Booking Offer: If you book the course with early booking offer, there will NOT be any refund.

Booking with any Special Offer: If you book the course with any special offer or deal, there will NOT be any refund.

ABSoft Trainings reserves the right to change the venue, date, course content or trainer of its courses at any time.  In the case that venue or date is changed ABSoft Trainings will NOT be responsible for covering travelling charges, hotel or any other costs incurred by the delegate. ABSoft Trainings reserves the right to cancel the training course or any service at any time. If the training course is cancelled by ABSoft Trainings, the delegate is allowed to attend any future training batch.
